Las Vegas Featured Event

It has become an annual tradition for those kinksters in the know, and many folks travel to Vegas for just this party. It's the Fetish and Fantasy Halloween Ball, of course, and it's a ghoulishly good time for all.

It's got such a great reputation that Maxim Magazine recommends it as "One of five events to attend before you die." I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds like pretty strong thumbs up! The Travel Channel has also named it "One of the Top Ten events in the world," so that sounds like a reason to get your butt in gear and get down to the party.

Slated for October 30, the eve of All Hallows Eve, The Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball will take place at the former All American Sports Park, now known as the Event Center Las Vegas. It's the same place that housed the 2002 Halloween Ball, and due to such an overwhelming response on how great the venue was, they signed a contract through 2006 to have the party there.

If you check out the official website, you'll see that this year promises to be a whopper. Entertainment will include erotic stage performances by fire dancers Atash Maya, the extreme fire company Fire Effects and Bumble Bee Pony Stables, purveyors of beautiful human ponies.

The evening also includes the erotic video visuals of Justice Howard, an incredible fashion show by AMF Korsets, a haunted house, a spooky haunted forest, sky high stilt walkers, scary monsters, the infamous exhibitionist stage, a mechanical banana (their answer to the mechanical bull), go-go pony girls, their outlandish costume contest, and DJ's Scooter & LaVelle, Jon Bishop, DJ Scotty Boy, Adam Webb, and more.

Take a deep breath, because there will be surprises around every corner that night, and we're not just talking about the other party-goers in their naughtiest, scariest, sexiest and most creative costumes. There will be vendors on the premises, so you can gawk at some goodies from names like Fancy Fetish, Leatherworks, Airbrushed Body Art and Atomic City Tattoo, "who will tattoo your ass right at the Ball if you dare."

The site advises you to get tickets soon because the event may sell out quickly, but for risk takers and procrastinators, door tickets might be available for $70. Cameras will be allowed this year, but please note that no video media is permissible. They warn of an extreme parking shortage, so you're advised to carpool, taxi or take a limo.

In order to get in the doors, you must be dressed in the best or suffer a $40 PARTY POOPER fine that has to be paid before you can enter. How does one avoid the fine, you ask? Make sure to wear exotic club wear (the more erotic and wild, the better), costumes of any type or fantasy/fetish wear such as uniforms, leather, latex lingerie, rubber, PVC, feathers, saran wrap or anything else you might dream up. Ladies may wear sheer fabrics, and revealing outfits.

This year, they are strictly enforcing a no nudity rule. Pasties and liquid latex will no longer be acceptable, nor will rubber or other artificial genitalia. Costume weapons of any sort will also not be allowed. To avoid disturbing the general public by this adult event, please make sure to cover your naughty bits, butts and creations when coming to and from the event. There will be a coat check area for your convenience. With all the vendors selling a selection of masks, leather, outrageous accessories and toys, you can put the finishing touches on your outfits once you arrive.
